Andrew Coutts
Chief Executive
Andrew founded IFC in 2017 after a five year role with Fertility Network UK and is recognised as one of the world's leading fertility experts on IVF travel. Andrew is a former fertility patient. He is currently a PhD researcher at the Centre for Reproduction Research at the De Montfort University; his area of study is male infertility.
Dr Rami Wakim
Medical Director
Dr Wakim is an internationally acclaimed fertility expert with over 25 years experience in reproductive health. Dr Wakim joined the College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2000 and continued fertility training with a clinical fellowship at the University College London Hospital (UCLH) and the Imperial College London. He has worked with some of the leading fertility clinics across the world.
Pamela Mackenzie
Patient to Patient Advisor
Pamela manages IFC’s social media platforms and provides one to one help and advice to patients considering travelling for treatment. She is a fertility patient and experienced lots of ups and downs over 18 years before finally conceiving her son with donor embryos in Prague.
Anneke Janssen
Cross Border Fertility Treatment Specialist
Anneke is a very experienced fertility practitioner and has worked across the globe, advising both patients and treatment providers about international fertility options. A regular speaker and contributor at multinational expos and conferences Anneke represents IFC across Europe. Anneke is based in the Netherlands.
Mike Berkley
International Complimentary Medical Specialist
Mike Berkley is the Founder and Director of The Berkley Center for Reproductive Wellness in New York City. He is licensed and Board Certified in Acupuncture in New York State and certified in Chinese herbology by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Mike was the first acupuncturist/herbalist in the U.S. to work exclusively in the field of reproductive medicine and is recognised as one of the world's leading fertility experts in his field. Mike represents IFC in New York and is available for private face to face and remote consultations.
Ella Mannix

Ella Mannix is the Founder of the All About Fertility Expo and a Director and Non-Executive Board Member of Access Australiais, a not-for-profit organisation committed to providing support for women and men who experience difficulties conceiving and their families. A former fertility patient, Ella provides support and practical advice for anyone living in Australia who is seeking fertility treatment abroad.
Tania Maxine Hodges
Patient Support: (Asia & South East Asia)
Tania holds an MBA and is currently pursuing a Masters MD degree in General Medicine at the European School of Medicine in Kyiv, Ukraine. Her interest in reproductive medicine stems from her personal experience of gynaecological issues and working with leading clinics for over ten years. Tania has obtained certification from the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and has published research on endometriosis. She is fluent in English, Spanish, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia.
Dr. Christos Beretas
Cyber Security Specialist
Dr. Beretas holds a PhD degree in Cyber Security from the Innovative Knowledge Institute (Paris Graduate School) in Paris, a Master of Science Degree in Technology Management and Bachelor of Science degree in Networking and Telecommunications from City University of Seattle, USA. He is a Cyber Security Professor at the Paris Graduate School and researcher at the Global Foundation for Cyber Studies and Research in Washington, D.C. Dr Beretas was also a research fellow in cyber security at the NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence in Lithuania.
Malak Madi
Malak is a Pharmacist with an MBA specializing in Business Management and Development. She has held roles with the World Health Organization and AstraZeneca where she contributed to shaping growth strategies, market research and patient engagement. Malak represents IFC in the Middle East and North Africa.
